Chip Test and Debug
The PGA DUT is used by Intellitech for hardware BSDL Verification. PGA sockets for devices are
plugged into the PGA DUT to give both scan and parallel I/O access to boundary-scan devices. With
the software control of Eclipse the user can power the device, control/observe logic values on pins, control system
clocks, apply ATPG patterns, and more. (large photo)
